Special Industrial Brush Plating Kits
We have had many requests to make an industrial brush plating kit for just one specific metal finish. They are great for touching up worn or missed areas for repair. These are usually in cadmium, silver, zinc or nickel. The following are just such kits. They contain larger amounts of chemicals with a couple of options. In the future if you have requirements for plating other metals you would only have to add that solution to your kit.
Cadmium Brush Plating Kit
Cadmium Brush plating kits are used for corrosion protection on aircraft parts and other Ultra High Strength steel parts. Non-embrittling no post bake required, low metal fatigue on steels 180,000 psi or greater. No pre-plate is needed when plating directly on Copper, Steel or Iron. If plating on other metals order PS-2800 or PS-2801 nickel. Order PS-2802 nickel if plating over Zinc. If a supplemental chromate conversion coating is required use PS-1720 Dichromate. Silver Brush Plating Kit
