Thank you for your emails .
  the  spray on chrome  that i had before i bought your system  was giving me endles problems. I am not using that system anymore since I bought yours .
 Dalmar gives me exilent costomer suport. the other compay  was not emailing to my questions that I have when I had a problem. I am sending you some pictures of the spray on chrome plating  that I used to do and that shows after a few months what hapens to it . it peels off , it looks cloudy and yelowish. and the other nickel plated item ( which you can see clearly ) was nickel plated using the dalmar system. I always have great results with your system mr. dale  thank you . hope you can add these new pictures to your website have a nice day ..

I just wanted to tell you how happy we are with your brush plating system. We have an older brush plater that we bought from you years ago, but I recently bought some new copper, nickel and gold plate solution and new brush pads from you to work on a pedal car project we did. I was a complete and utter novice to brush plating, but the simple instructions that you offer with your products were easy to follow, and I picked up on the concept fairly quickly.

Thanks for taking the time to talk to me the other day. I am the guy with the "Gold Effects" machine, just starting out. It turns out that the plater is voltage adjustment. I put a volt meter on the wand and was able to adjust it with the dial from zero to 12 volts. Whew! It is not amperage adjustable though. I was having such crappy results due to cross contamination of chemicals. Since buying new chemicals from you, I have had good results with gold plating. In any event, I will be buying my chemicals from you from here on out. Thanks for taking time out of your day.  J.R.
