Due to Governmental Regulations
All Chemical Sales are final, No Returns - No Exceptions
If you have questions or concerns, please e-mail us or call prior to ordering. All returns on other items will be charged a 20% restocking fee if accepted.
All returns require a return authorized number. To obtain a RA# please call 239-275-6540 and ask for Elizabeth. After receiving the RA #, package the product that you want to return and make sure that you write the RA # clearly on the outside of the box. Packages received without an authorization number will be refused and sent back to you at your expense.
There will be no refunds on merchandise that has been used. Videos are not returnable once the seal has been broken. We have had instances where customers have ordered equipment, plated the items that they want done and then returned the kit to us for a refund. We have methods of telling if the items have been used. We are not in the market of selling used equipment.
Payment
On personal and business checks, we will wait till the check clears before shipping. Some exceptions may be made for our regular customers. We take pride in shipping 98% of all orders on the same day they are received. Since we are the manufacture it is rare for us to be out of stock on any item. If we are, we make it immediately if possible so your order can still ship the same day.
Foreign Orders
On all foreign sales the buyer is responsible for all
custom duties, taxes or any fees imposed on your purchase by your country. If
you fail to pay them we will charge you for them.
